Scrambling...

We have less than 2 weeks before the Baja 1000 and we are literally going crazy!!! Everything is coming together for us extremely late this year. We have a car, drivers, fuel, tires, pit support, and a chase crew... you would think we have everything, but we don't know if our car will even pass tech inspection! We decided at the last minute that we are going to race Robby's 4-seat class 1 car and the car is anything but stock. To make it to SCORE legal and essentially to make it to Baja we need to install window nets, add 5-point harness seatbelts, weld a cross bar to the cage, add an engine coolant system, and still keep our sanity. Problem is that we are all scheduled to be at the NASCAR race in Phoenix next weekend, so we really only have five days. It's going to be a hectic week!!! We'll keep you posted and please keep your fingers crossed for us!
